Coming to Gunwharf Quays with children? Want to know if there are baby changing facilities or things for your kids to do? Then this is the place to find out more.
What sort of events do you do for children?
Many of the events at Gunwharf Quays are geared towards children, such as art & craft workshops, mini-trampolines and carousel rides.
Please contact the Visitor Information Centre on 023 9283 6700 to get information on upcoming children's activities at Gunwharf Quays, or look at the events section of the website.
Do Gunwharf Quays have a "lost child" scheme?
Yes, Gunwharf Quays run the "Little Shopper Stay Safe" scheme, which is free of charge for all parents / guardians and children visiting the centre.
Simply go to the Visitor Information Centre on Vernon Avenue on arrival, and ask for a wrist band - you write your contact details (ideally your mobile phone number) on the band, then put it on your child. If they get lost during your visit, the details on the band will enable our security team to reunite the child with you as soon as possible.
Do ask at the Visitor Information Centre for full details on the scheme when you arrive.
Where can I report a lost child?
You can report a lost child at the Visitor Information Centre on Vernon Avenue, where a member of staff will contact Gunwharf Quay’s security straight away.
Alternatively do directly approach any one of the security staff you see in the Centre who will also be able to help you.
Where are the baby changing facilities?
Baby changing facilities are located off Marlborough Avenue next to Presto, and on the Waterfront next to Subway (near the Spinnaker Tower).
Are men allowed in the baby changing room?
Yes.
Is there a nursery or creche at Gunwharf Quays?
No.
