Solent & Wightline Cruises Limited has been operating in and around the Solent for over 30 years and offer a wide range of trips around Portsmouth Harbour. We also operate a Waterbus service which can transport passengers from Gunwharf Quays to Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Explosion Museum of Firepower and also the Royal Navy Submarine Museum.
Our fleet consist of 5 vessels ranging in size from our 75 seat “Jenny boat” to our 500 seat “Wight Scene”.
All our vessels are available for private hire charter for daytime/evening cruises.
Harbour Tours depart hourly during the high season from Gunwharf Quays and cost £5.00 per adult and £3.00 per child. A family ticket (2 adults and 2 children) costs £14.00. Group rates are available for groups over 10 in number. The tour takes approximately 45 minutes and has full commentary bringing to life the history of the area.
The Portsmouth Waterbus service departs at quarter past the hour from Gunwharf Quays between 1015 hours and 1615 hours. The Waterbus runs between May to September. Waterbus only tickets £5.00 per Adult and £3.00 per Child can be purchased onboard our waterbus vessel, or from the booking offices. Explosion or Submarine Museum tickets with Waterbus are £10.00 per Adult and £7.00 per Child. All in tickets with Waterbus are £12.50 per Head. These tickets can be purchased from our booking office at Portsmouth Historic Dockyard or our Gunwharf Quays Booking Office. Please allow a minimum of an hour at each attraction and two hours for maximum enjoyment.
