To apply for this role you must be able to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment and must have the following:-

• Proven experience of working within a similar hospitality environment.
• Have proven selling skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be able to deliver superior customer service in all aspects of guest interaction
• Be able to work effectively under pressure

The Role : The successful candidate will,

· Be extremely vibrant and passionate about hospitality and place upmost focus on reading and understanding customer needs

· Be specifically responsible for maintaining YO! Sushi’s high standards of operation in the areas of food quality, service quality, cleanliness and maintenance, atmosphere and high performance as part of a team.
· Atmosphere - use your outgoing personality to help create a fun and funky atmosphere
· Report to the General and Assistant Managers and support the operation of the unit.
· Actively sell and promote YO! Sushi menu dishes and products, helping deliver exceptional service and enhanced customer experience

In this role the suitable candidate will be responsible for ensuring the security and safety of the general public and ensuring a high quality, customer focused, security service which complies with legislation, operating procedures and protocols.

Must hold a valid SIA License to apply
