The Role : The successful candidate will,
· Kitchen Staff will report to the Restaurant Manager and Head Chef and will be responsible for maintaining YO! Sushi’s standards of operation in the areas of:
· Food Quality - ensure all food is perfectly prepared to brand specification in presentation and recipe
· Be extremely vibrant and passionate about food and hospitality placing the upmost focus on understanding customer needs
· Be specifically responsible for maintaining YO! Sushi’s high standards of operation in the areas of food quality, cleanliness and maintenance, atmosphere and high performance as part of a team
· Atmosphere - using your outgoing personality you will help create a fun and funky atmosphere.
