At Polo Ralph Lauren, we are a leading retail organization committed to delivering exceptional customer service and providing top-quality products to our valued customers. You will lead and manage a team of minimum 6 + retail associates, providing guidance, support, and coaching to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent customer service. Monitor inventory levels, merchandise presentation, and pricing to maintain a visually appealing and well-stocked department that meets customer demands. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to ensure continuous improvement and professional development. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction at all times and collaborate with other managers and cross-functional teams to drive overall store success and contribute to a positive shopping experience for customers. Previous experience in retail management, preferably as a large store Sales Lead or Assistant Manager/Store Manager for a smaller sized store. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, lates and holidays, as required by business needs.
Hours: 40 hours per week
