Tapas dishes can include dishes such as: Patatas Bravas - deep fried potatoes in a spicy sauce or Champiñones al Ajillo - mushrooms sautéed in garlic & olive oil or Brocheta de Pollo - fresh chicken breast & red peppers on a skewer marinated with spices or Tortilla de Chorizo y Pimentos - traditional potato and Spanish omelette with chorizo and red peppers or for a seafood variation try Fritura Mixta de Pescado - deep fried squid, tuna, whitebait & king prawn served with lemon, sea salt & garlic mayonnaise – and there are many other Tapas dishes available.
