Las Iguanas

Las Iguanas serve freshly-prepared, authentic Latin American food and drink with a contemporary twist. The Latin food that we know today dates right back to the 16th Century and is a fusion of native Latin American Indian, Spanish, Portuguese and African influences. From the house speciality of xinxim (Brasilian lime chicken in creamy crayfish and peanut sauce) to the Cordero Columbian-style braised lamb shank to the fillet of bream served with warm salsa; every dish is a tasty blend of the traditional and the new. At the bar – called 'the Cachaçaria' – enjoy some of the finest Latin spirits, including Las Iguanas Magnifica Cachaça distilled at the group's own sugar cane plantation outside Rio de Janeiro.
