Customers choose from as many as 30 lunchtime or 60 dinner dishes offering myriad culinary delights from the Far East – so no matter when you eat here you will be spoilt for choice. There are appetizers, soups, seafood, poultry, meat, vegetables, noodles and rice, teppanyaki and desserts. Just to take the meat dishes you could be offered some of the following: beef with black pepper sauce or black bean sauce, crispy shredded beef, beef with spicy satay sauce, fried beef with leek and chilli, lamb with ginger and spring onions, lamb curry, pork chop in honey sauce, sweet and sour sauce, deep fried pork cutlet (tonkatsu) – just a small selection of the varied dishes on offer at Water Margin.
