Gunwharf Quays / Land Securities – Gunwharf Quays x SailGP prize draw terms and conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the Gunwharf Quays x SailGP prize draw run by Gunwharf Quays / Land Securities.
All participants in our Gunwharf Quays x SailGP prize draw (“participants”) will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions.
Conditions for entry
The free prize draws are open to UK residents aged 18 or over but excluding the following: any employees (and their family members) of Land Securities, and its associated, affiliated or subsidiary companies;
employees (and their family members) of any of the shops, cafes, restaurants and other outlets located at the Gunwharf Quays Shopping Centre; and anyone else professionally associated with the Land Securities group or this promotion.
The prize
The prize for the Gunwharf Quays x SailGP ticket prize draw will be two (2) Waterfront Grandstand Weekend adult tickets to the Emirates Great Britain Sail Grand Prix taking place in Portsmouth on July 19-20 2025. There is no alternative prize to that stated above, and in particular, there is no cash alternative and no element of the prize is transferable. Travel is not included. Land Securities retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of a similar value at its discretion.
Selection of the winner and collecting prizes
There will only be one winner and one prize.
The Gunwharf Quays x SailGP prize draw will close at 10:00pm on 13th July 2025.
The winner will be chosen at random by computer systems and notified by Instagram direct message from the @gunwharfquays Instagram account. The winner will be contacted by 1:00pm on the 14th July 2025.
In the event that Land Securities (having used its reasonable endeavours to do so) is unable to contact a winner within 48 hours of closing date, then Land Securities reserves the right to draw another winner.
The prize will be sent to the winners email address, provided by the winner upon receival of the Instagram direct message request. The prize will be issued by SailGP.
Land Securities’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence or in respect of fraud and so far as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its associated companies and agents exclude responsibility and all liabilities arising from any postponement, cancellation, delay or changes to the prize details beyond their control and for any act or default of any third party supplier.
The Promoter will not be liable for any prize(s) that do not reach the winners for reasons beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
The Promoter may refuse or disqualify any entry (including winning entries) if the entrant concerned or anyone authorised by the entrant to deal with their entry, acts in a way towards the Promoter, its staff, associated companies and their staff or other entrants, which the Promoter reasonably considers to be inappropriate, unlawful or
offensive. If the winning entry is disqualified, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and have agreed to be bound by them when entering this promotion.
This promotion, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. You irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of, or in connection with, this promotion.
Use of data
Land Securities will only use the details provided to contact you in connection with the prize draw.
Land Securities shall not pass on the details of any participant other than as set out in these terms and conditions.
