We are looking for a positive, confident, and customer-focussed Assistant Retail Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our premium watch boutique at the iconic Gunwharf Quays retail destination in Portsmouth.

Working alongside the Retail Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the store, providing exceptional customer service and leading by example to assist in the development of a highly motivated sales team.

You will need previous experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally within the watch, jewellery, or fashion industry.

You will be an advocate for exceptional customer service and have a desire to provide a best-in-class experience. You should be an excellent communicator, who is able to step up as a leader, demonstrating the ability to coach and inspire a team. A confident individual, you will need to be able to assume the full responsibility for the boutique in the absence of the Retail Manager.
