We are seeking a passionate, driven, and experienced Retail Manager to lead our premium watch boutique at the iconic Gunwharf Quays retail destination in Portsmouth. This is a unique opportunity to join a luxury retail environment where exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and a love for horology are paramount. 

As the face of the boutique, you will be responsible for leading your team, driving performance, and demonstrating the highest levels of customer service

You will need to have proven retail management experience in a luxury or premium retail environment, ideally gained within the watch, jewellery or fashion industry.  A strong leader with excellent people management and development skills, you will be someone who is an advocate of exceptional customer service and a desire to be best-in-class.  You will be commercially aware, having strong data analysis and organisational skills. You must be comfortable using POS systems.
