
Sales Assistant (Keyholder)

Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in the smooth running of the store in order to achieve sales and cost targets. Provide exceptional customer service and support in a retail environment, promoting and selling premium cookware products. Undertake Keyholder responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure and operational during opening and closing times.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service: Greet and assist customers, providing expert advice on our cookware products.
- Sales: Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective company sales techniques, product demonstrations and upselling.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
- Merchandising: Ensure the store is well-stocked, organised, clean and tidy by undertaking housekeeping duties.
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock replenishment.
- Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
