• Supporting the Store Manager in leading the team to achieve results.
• Exhibits exceptional customer service with a solution-orientated mindset.
• Takes pride in the store and maintains the standards on the sales floor.
• Welcomes the occasional physical nature of the varied role whilst maintaining a positive attitude, for example: Early Deliveries, Storage Room organisation, Manual Handling and being on your feet for long periods of time.
• Opening and Closing the store: Cashing up, and filling in daily reports.
