• Customer Service:
  Delivers exceptional service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect and leave with a positive experience.

• Product Knowledge:
  Develops strong knowledge of Timberland products, including fits, finishes, and construction.

• Visual Merchandising:
  Maintains visual standards in line with brand guidelines to create an inspiring store environment.

• Store Operations & Stock Management:
  Follows operational procedures, supports loss prevention, keeps store areas clean and organized, processes deliveries accurately, and ensures stock is replenished on the sales floor.

• Market Awareness:
  Keeps up to date with fashion trends and Timberland’s position in the market.
