THE NORDIC SMOKERY
Experience the theatre of live-fire cooking with Nordic-inspired, wood-smoked seafood. The family-run business specialises in traditional Flammlachs – salmon and trout fixed to cedar boards, slowly cooked beside an open fire.
SITALIA
A taste of Sicily and southern Italy, showcasing authentic Italian produce and Mediterranean flavours. Sitalia specialises in artisan Italian food sourced from producers across Italy, with a strong Sicilian influence. Featuring anchovy arancini balls and other Sicilian seafood delights.
LJ HUGS
Award-winning modern Cajun and Creole street food packed with big flavours. Expect freshly cooked seafood, wraps, fish burgers, loaded fries, seafood rice dishes and punchy sauces, with vegetarian and vegan options also available. LJ Hugs is a family-run street food business and has previously won the British Street Food People’s Choice award.
OH BABU
Bold and colourful Indian street food, bringing contemporary takes on traditional Indian flavours to the waterfront. Expect freshly prepared Indian inspired seafood dishes designed for easy festival eating, with plenty of spice, fragrance and flavour.
PAELLA GARCIA
Authentic Spanish paella cooked in enormous traditional pans right in front of customers. This Spanish family-run business has been serving Spanish cuisine in England for more than 50 years, specialising in seafood paella, with chicken, vegetarian and vegan options also available.
RỔ VIETNAMESE
Fresh, modern Vietnamese street food inspired by traditional everyday Vietnamese cooking. Rổ focuses on fresh ingredients, big flavours and healthy food, bringing vibrant seafood Vietnamese dishes to markets and festivals. The business has also received recognition at the British Street Food Awards.
JUSTASIA
Portsmouth’s Filipino-inspired Pan-Asian food specialists. Expect dishes influenced by Filipino, Malaysian and wider Southeast Asian cooking, including fish and rice dishes, noodles, bao and traditional Filipino flavours.
WAFFLE WANDS
An eye-catching dessert concept specialising in fresh waffles on sticks, covered in warm sauces including Belgian chocolate, caramel, white chocolate and Biscoff before being loaded with toppings such as Oreo, Flake, Smarties and fudge.
GYROLAND
Authentic Greek street food from a Portsmouth-based operator. Expect freshly grilled gyros, grilled calamari, served with Greek pitta, tomatoes, red onion, tzatziki and fries, alongside seafood, salads and other Greek favourites.
THE MUSSEL MAN
A seafood festival special serving fresh, locally sourced steamed mussels cooked with white wine. Simple, fresh and perfectly suited to the waterfront setting, with the mussels cooked and served from the bespoke HMAS Cockle seafood setup.
CASTAWAY COVE TACO HUT
Castaway Cove’s own relaxed waterfront street-food offer, serving crispy fish tacos with fresh pineapple slaw alongside fish goujons and chips. Simple, colourful seaside food designed to eat
overlooking the harbour.
