• Leading by example and coaching, coordinating the shop floor, and ensuring continuous development for the team in store

• Drive store sales together with the team to meet the target set by delivering great customer service

• Ensure the store is up to brand standards at all times incl. Visual Merchandising standards, Replenishment, and Customer service to create the best shopping experience for the consumer
