A Coach Senior Sales Associate (or Senior Sales Consultant) drives revenue and store performance by delivering exceptional customer service, acting as a brand ambassador, and mentoring team members. They are responsible for meeting personal sales targets, assisting with complex transactions, and implementing training to improve team productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Service Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed personal sales goals while delivering premium service to customers according to brand standards.
Mentorship & Coaching: Provide on-the-floor coaching and actionable feedback to sales associates to improve selling skills and product knowledge.
Brand Ambassadorship: Model expected behaviours and represent the brand's values, maintaining high energy and professional standards.
Operational Support: Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and in-store operations.
Performance Tracking: Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing feedback to management.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Proven experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in luxury or a similar high-end setting.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and motivate team members.
Leadership: Ability to lead by example and act as a manager-on-duty when needed.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Salesforce.
